Returns
You have 4 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging intact. Returns are only applicable for defective, damaged, size issues, or incorrect items. Once approved, customers are responsible for returning the product to our store at their own cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges

Description:- The Tripole -5 Degree Comfort jacket has been designed for very cold weather as it provides warmth in upto -5 Degree Celsius. This is ideal for people travelling to mountains in the winters or attempting high altitude treks across the year. The front zipper comes with a protection layer to prevent any cold wind to flow through the zippers. Two side pockets with zippers for your hands or handy items; and two internal pockets, one for smaller items such as wallets and one bigger pocket for items like bottles which might be useful during a stroll in the cold weather or even for a day hike. The jacket has drawstrings towards the bottom to make it airtight. Stitched with water-repellent soft fabric and soft warmth retaining filling.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery followed by a 1 year manufacturer warranty applicable on all jackets.
