Returns

  • You have 4 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Returns are only applicable for defective, damaged, size issues, or incorrect items.

  • The customer has to send us Product Photos first for approval on our WhatsApp Number +91 744 744 1474

  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 744 744 1474 or email us at ctrtrekshoes@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, customers are responsible for returning the product to our store at their own cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, size issues.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 4 days of delivery at +91 744 744 1474 or ctrtrekshoes@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn shoes.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.
